From Karool Road, Mooney Mooney travelling south down to Piles Creek.  Head up to the Phil Houghton suspension bridge.  Take a break and then return to the mouth of Piles Creek where we continue south down Mooney Mooney creek to venture behind the mangrove islands.  Birdlife should be prolific in this area.;  Emerging from the mangrove islands track northward to our entry point.
