A mid distance paddle in enclosed waters.  This will be about 13 – 15 km over about 4 hours.

Out from GSC, track to the head of Point Frederick and aim for Erina Creek.  The distance we go up the creek will depend on the group, but we should get past the Sunken Monkey.
